Farmington Canal and Aqueduct Talk with Carl Walter to Celebrate New Aqueduct Exhibit

Join us for an information-packed talk on the Farmington Canal and the Aqueduct that carried the Canal over the Farmington River.  Come check out our latest exhibit, a truly impressive 10 foot by 2 foot model of the Farmington Aqueduct that Carl Walter spent over 12,000 hours researching and constructing.

Award-winning Canal expert will share photos, documents and maps of the Canal and discuss the social, economic and engineering history of the attempt to create an inland waterway connecting New Haven, Connecticut to Northampton, Massachusetts and beyond.

Free to members, $5 for non-members.
